User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Subscription and Payment

Homeschool Happy offers subscription-based access to the Service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Our right to change subscription fees with advance notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods upon cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMESCHOOL HAPPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
